Questions arise when I changing the branch in engineering?

 There are a lot questions that you are unaware when you have to change the branch of engineering.

10. do your batch is separate or mixed with other branches? (Some college are teaching them in combined manner due to less number of students in some branches.)

they increase the amount of fees when we we go from low charge of branch to high charge branch.

 but they don't decrease the amount of fees when we you go from high to low branch
